About Me

My name is John Roche, and this is my wife Dee, and our dog Lucy. We have been married for thirty years with three grown children and two grandchildren.

I have been in professional counseling for about fourteen years.

My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address relational and personal concerns.

Most recently, I have been invited to speak to students at University of Central Florida, DeVry University in Maitland, and TV talk show: Point of View.

My private practice is in Altamonte Springs, Florida and I am contracted with New Directions Counseling Center in Lakeland, Florida as well as with Polk County Schools Employee Clinic through their Aetna EAP program.

With compassion and understanding, I will assist you in attaining the personal growth and improved relationships you desire.
